As of this recording, the world is in the middle of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. In an effort to combat this, people have been going into self-isolation and local governments have been mandating that non-essential workers stay home or work from home to limit exposure to the virus. This has also included teachers and daycare workers, including my own children’s daycare. Still, teachers and others have taken to reading children’s books and posting the videos online so that the children may still hear stories read by their favorite teachers. To show my support for these efforts, I have created one of my own, and plan to record a few others.
